A Little taste of Sicily

Today, we’ll experience some of the most authentic flavors, traditions, and breathtaking scenery of Western Sicily. We’ll begin with a visit to a local Artisan Cheese Farm, where we’ll meet the owner and discover the time-honored tradition of Fresh Ricotta Making. Then, enjoy a traditional Shepherd’s Lunch, featuring freshly made cheeses and rustic Sicilian specialties, beautifully paired with Local Sicilian Wine. Later in the afternoon, we’ll visit the enchanting medieval town of Erice, perched high above the countryside with spectacular views. With our knowledgeable local tour guide, we’ll explore its charming cobblestone streets, historic sites, and fascinating legends. We’ll also taste some of Erice’s traditional sweets like the famous Genovesi and Marzipan before enjoying free time to wander the shops, relax, or have dinner on your own. Later, we’ll head to the breathtaking Trapani Salt Flats for a Sunset Aperitif surrounded by shimmering salt ponds and historic windmills. We’ll then continue by boat toward the ancient island of Mozia, enjoying the spectacular coastline and magical colors of the evening. It’s a day filled with authentic Sicilian flavors, history, culture, and unforgettable scenery. Back to Castellammare your evening is free to enjoy.

Today, we’ll explore the magnificent Selinunte Archaeological Park with our knowledgeable local tour guide, discovering the fascinating history of one of Sicily’s most important ancient Greek sites and its impressive Temples overlooking the Mediterranean. After having free time and lunch on your own we will head back. Later on we’ll then enjoy an authentic experience among the historic vineyards of a traditional Sicilian winery, where we will learn about their winemaking traditions, and take a leisurely walk through the vineyards. Our experience continues with a memorable Farm-To-Table dinner in the historic baglio of the agriturismo, featuring fresh, locally sourced Sicilian specialties paired with the winery’s own wines. It’s an
authentic taste of Sicily where history, family traditions, wine, and farm-to-table cuisine come together.

Today, we’ll experience Trapani through its history, markets, and incredible seafood traditions. Accompanied by our local tour guide, we’ll explore the charming historic center of Trapani, discovering its beautiful architecture, historic streets, and connection to the sea. We’ll also enjoy a tasting of Trapani’s Famous Granita, a delicious local tradition. We’ll visit the bustling Local Market with our private Sicilian chef, selecting fresh, seasonal ingredients for our culinary experience. We’ll meet Local Fishermen and purchase the Fresh Catch Of The Day, bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean straight from the sea to our table. The experience then leads into the hills of Valderice, where we are welcomed into the chef’s private home for an intimate culinary experience. Surrounded by beautiful views, guest will enjoy a Hands on Cooking class featuring Trapani’s famous Seafood Couscous And Traditional Sicilian Cannoli. We’ll prepare our meal using the ingredients we selected earlier, creating an authentic sea-to-table experience that celebrates Sicily’s freshest flavors, local traditions, and culinary heritage. In the afternoon we will make our way back to Castellammare del Golfo, where your evening is free to relax, dine at your leisure, or explore the historic center of town.

the area or do absolutely nothing at all, this is your time to unwind, recharge, and enjoy Sicily at your own pace.
