Our journey begins with a warm welcome to Sicily as we gather at the hotel for an casual evening reception. Guests will have the opportunity to meet fellow travelers and hosts in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for the days ahead. The Welcome Party will feature a generous selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres inspired by local Sicilian flavors, paired with regional wines that introduce you to the island’s rich culinary heritage. It is a perfect first evening to unwind after arrival, settle in, and begin immersing yourself in the spirit of the tour while enjoying good food, great company, and the excitement of the experiences to come.

Our first stop is the renowned Gelateria Vernaci, where guests will enjoy an exclusive explanation of how the Vernaci family create their celebrated Artisanal Gelato using traditional methods and the finest local ingredients. From rich pistachio to seasonal fruit flavors, you’ll see firsthand the passion that has made them a beloved institution in town. After this sweet introduction to Sicily, we will stroll to Il Buongustaio, a charming local deli known for its exceptional regional specialties. Here, guests will relax and savor a beautifully prepared Charcuterie Board featuring fresh cured meats, local cheeses, olives, homemade breads, Sicilian wines and other Sicilian delicacies—perfectly capturing the authentic tastes and warm hospitality of Castellammare del Golfo. Along the way, we’ll make a delightful stop at a local bar to experience one of Sicily’s most beloved sweet traditions—Cassatelle. Freshly prepared and often filled with sweet ricotta cream, these golden, lightly fried pastries are a true taste of the region’s culinary heritage. The day begins exploring the city’s legendary markets—such as Ballarò and Vucciria—where narrow streets burst with color, sound, and the irresistible aromas of sizzling street food. Here, we’ll sample iconic local specialties like Panelle, Sfincione, and fresh seafood, all while experiencing the lively rhythm of Palermo’s daily life. As we wander through centuries-old streets and Baroque squares, guests will discover how the city’s diverse cultural influences have shaped its cuisine and character. This is a day designed to fully immerse you in Palermo’s energy, where every corner tells a story and every bite reflects the soul of Sicily.

Today we set out for a spectacular boat excursion along the northwest coast of Sicily, exploring some of its most breathtaking natural treasures. We’ll cruise through the crystal-clear waters of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, where dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and untouched beaches create an unforgettable backdrop for swimming and relaxation. Continuing along the coast, we’ll pass the iconic Tonnara di Scopello, with its famous sea stacks rising from the turquoise water, before enjoying time to swim and soak in the beauty of this historic fishing village. We will then stop in San Vito Lo Capo to enjoy a leisurely lunch accompanied by local wine, giving guests time to relax and take in the coastal atmosphere. Our day concludes in this beautiful area, celebrated for its soft white sands and vivid blue sea, offering a serene and unforgettable experience aboard our private boat.

Perched high above the sea, the medieval town of Erice sets the stage for a day rich in flavor and tradition. We begin with a foodie walking tour through its cobblestone streets, sampling local specialties and visiting historic pastry shops known for their famous Almond Sweets and delicate Genovesi. From there, we continue to a nearby e estate for a Country-Estate for a Hands-on Cooking Class, where guests will learn to

prepare authentic Sicilian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the land. As the day winds down, we head to the breathtaking salt flats of Le Saline di Trapani e Paceco for a sunset aperitif, where the sky reflects beautifully off the shimmering basins. The experience concludes with a peaceful Boat Trip To Mozia, offering a magical and unforgettable end to a day immersed in Sicily’s culture, cuisine, and natural beauty.
